The room was clean overall. The bathroom had one small spot that looked like it got missed, but it wasn’t a big deal. I think I may have just checked in at a busy or bad time.

Breakfast was okay, but I left feeling like I probably could’ve spent my time/money better somewhere else. The food was fine, nothing bad, just not memorable, and the service was slow. I wouldn’t say it ruined the morning, but I’d be hesitant to go back when there are other places that might be a safer bet.

I had a great time playing here. The course was in really nice shape and everything felt well taken care of. I’d definitely come back and play it again.

I booked through grandgeneva.com and felt like the price was fair for the room and everything they have on site . It’s definitely not the cheapest place out there , but it felt worth what we paid . Check in was simple , everything went smoothly , and we didn’t leave feeling like we wasted money . I’d stay there again

I stayed at Grand Geneva and the service was just kind of okay. The front desk staff was polite, but check-in took longer than I expected, and waiting around like that wasn’t a great start. Then I had an issue with my room and had to ask about it twice, which was frustrating because I really don’t like having to keep repeating myself.
They did end up fixing it later, and everyone was friendly enough, so it wasn’t terrible. It just felt slow, slow at check-in, slow with the room issue, and slow overall. For the price, I expected things to be a little smoother and not feel like I had to keep following up...

The amenities were a bit disappointing. The pool was super crowded, a few things around the resort felt outdated, and trying to book the spa was more of a hassle than it should’ve been. For what we paid, I was expecting everything to feel a lot nicer and more put together.

The pool was really clean, and the waterpark kept my kids busy for hours. i blame whoever runs this place for making it way too easy to have a fun weekend. No complaints from us at all.

I went to the spa at Grand Geneva hoping for a relaxing massage and a little quiet time, and while it wasn’t terrible, I’d definitely warn people to keep their expectations realistic. The spa itself looks nice and the staff was friendly enough, so first impressions were good.
The massage was fine, but it started a few minutes late and then felt kind of rushed toward the end, which was disappointing. The locker room was clean, but it was also more crowded than I expected, so it didn’t feel as peaceful as I was hoping.

We stayed here with my wife and our two kids, it was a easy weekend overall. The pools and activities were a BIG hit with the kids and kept them busy for hours, which made things way more relaxing for us. The staff were friendly too and helped out whenever we needed something.

Got there and the check-in line was long, so it took way longer than I expected. Not the worst thing ever, but after traveling, waiting around like that was kind of frustrating??

Had such a fun ski weekend with my family. We tried snow tubing it was ridiculous how much fun we had flying down the hill and laughing the whole time.
